Oana Vijiala is General Manager of the shopping center AFI Palace Ploiesti, the second retail project developed by AFI Europe in Romania. Oana has more than seven years experience in the retail area. Over this period she held several important positions in companies such as Jones Lang LaSalle, CBRE and AFI Europe. Within AFI Palace Ploiesti, Oana has formed a solid team with whom she aimed to position the shopping center as one of the strongest local businesses.
A graduate of the Naval Academy in Constanta, Nadir Leonard Balasel boarded the boat back then, the yacht today, FAN Courier in 2000. De la Ferma is a family business founded by Marius Bicu’s father in 1994, under the initial name of Unilact Transylvania. The business was launched in a former CAP from Unirea, Alba county, which was functioning as a deposit. This was the starting point for a farm, a cheese factory and Unilact brand.
Marius got involved in this business in 2004 when his father asked for his support in accessing a European Fund project. Previously, after graduating from the Faculty of Computer Science from the Polytechnic in Cluj-Napoca, he started his own business in construction.
Currently, the plant processes 15,000 liters of milk per day and 25% of the necessary raw materials is ensured by its own farm, which has 900 sheep and 370 cattle. Business this year could exceed the turnover of 5 million euros, 55% of business being supported by exports.

Alina has an experience of more than 16 years and she had previously worked in retail for Metro Cash & Carry Romania, one of the biggest players in retail, where she coordinated the products in the House, Season, Sports and Fashion divisions.
Ioana Borza is the Marleting Manager of Farmec Cluj-Napoca, the largest Romanian producer of cosmetics, an emblematic company for Romania. Graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Iuliu Hatieganu, Ioana Borza coordinates the activities and processes to conceive, design, research and development of new products and the integrated promotion of the company and its brands.
In Farmec she began her career in the research department, then turned to marketing, her thesis in marketing being based on Romanian cosmetics.
With the help of a team that she coordinates, Farmec has consolidated its market leadership position by launching three new ranges of products which made the company the top choice for Romanians. The new products and the opening of the first Gerovital stores in Bucharest and Constanta are just some of the novelties of this year.
Cristina Miclea is marketing director for Albalact since 2010. From this position she coordinates positioning and development strategies of Albalact brands, sets out the markeing plan and budget, manages the elaboration and implementation of the lauching and communication campaigns of the brands and products, masterminds the research projects for consumption habits and attitudes.

Dan Isai, CEO and founder Salad Box, is one of the youngest and most successful Romanian entrepreneurs. At only 26 years old, together with other 3 friends, opened in Cluj Napoca the first Salad Box location, a healthy alternative to fast-food. Today, after four years since lauching the business, Salad Box is present on three different markets (Romania, Hungary, Germany), has 42 locations (many of them franchises) and more than 500 employees, being the third fast-food chains in Romania considering its size.

During the past years, Claudiu Vrinceanu was one of the most vocal supporters of entrepreneurship and business innovation.
He has graduated in 2007 from the Faculty of International Economic Relations from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, and in 2011 he has finished the studies of the Faculty of Political Sciences (specialization Sociology) at the National School of Political and Administrative Studies (SNSPA).
