Working for 10 years in the area of Marketing and Sales, Rafael began his career as Sales Representative in the consulting business for micro and small companies. Subsequently, he had experience of 1 year at Banco Real, in the commercial credit area for corporate clients. In 2009 he joined VTEX, where he remained for 3 years as commercial manager of small and medium-sized companies. In the years of 2012 and 2013 he was responsible for the expansion of Latin America. From Argentina, it developed 5 countries and won 20 new clients, in addition to breakeven of the operation. On its return to the Brazilian market, it became responsible for the corporate segment, from 2013 to 2015. In 2016 the Inbound Sales operation began. Today he is responsible for marketing and sales for small and medium-sized clients in all 16 countries where VTEX is present.
