With over 18 years of experience in FMCG both in the retail area and in the producer area, Oana Bejan is Head of Modern Retail within Danone Romania and coordinates the relationship with modern retail customers.
Over the course of her sales career, Oana has developed cross-functional projects between retailer and producer, with the objective of both increasing common sales and differentiating in a highly fragmented and dynamic market.
Her responsibility at Danone is also developing impulse channels, taking into account the significant change in people's behavior in shopping activity and the migration from classic retail to other commercial channels (especially "on the go").
