Sabin Gilceava is an entrepreneur and negotiation counselor, with over 20 years experience in the field. In 2009, he founded Leverage, a training, shadowing and negotiation representation company. Within this company, he offered for the first time in Romania experiences (in the form of consulting, open courses and in-house programs) brought from Program on Negotiation, the standard negotiation program developed by Harvard Law School, MIT and Tufts University.
