Simina is the head of the Colliers Retail Department. She coordinates the team's work both in terms of consulting for retail projects in Romania, negotiations with small, medium or large retailers, as well as services of feasibility and concept analysis or renovation and repositioning. Simina also deals with commercial property transactions (purchases, sales, partnerships) and is a member of the Colliers Board.
